FairwayOS is golf outing software for chambers of commerce and member associations. It handles registration, payments, pairings, live scoring, and the leaderboard from one workspace, so the outing does what your members joined for: it puts them in front of each other. Players never download an app or create an account, and FairwayOS takes 0% of registration revenue.
Your members came to meet people, not to stand in a registration line
A chamber or association outing has one job, which is to get members talking to members they don't know yet. Most of the day works against that. Staff spend the morning behind a check-in table with a clipboard, foursomes are whoever signed up together, and by the time the scores are added up half the room has left.
FairwayOS takes the paperwork off your team so the day can be about the introductions. Members register and pay on your event page before they arrive, the pairings are set on purpose, and the leaderboard runs itself while your staff work the room.
How FairwayOS helps members meet members
Everything below is in the product today, and it all runs from the same event workspace:
Player profiles that can include LinkedIn
Turn it on, and members add their LinkedIn profile URL to their player profile. Anyone in the event can click through to it from the leaderboard or from a player's profile, so an introduction on the fourth tee turns into a connection that afternoon. LinkedIn networking is on the Enterprise tier.
Pairings you set on purpose
Put new members with long-time ones, or sponsors with the people they hoped to meet. You can pair by networking intent, seniority, or handicap, so each foursome is an introduction instead of a random draw.
Live scoring with no login
Players open a link, find their name, and start scoring. Nobody downloads an app or creates an account, and scoring keeps working offline when the signal drops on the back nine.
A leaderboard on every phone
The live leaderboard updates as each group finishes a hole, and every player and guest can follow it from their own phone. Put the same board on the clubhouse TV for the reception.
Sponsors your members can see
Sponsor logos and placements appear on the screens players actually look at during the round, which gives your member businesses a reason to sponsor again next year.
Registration that pays you directly
Members register and pay on your branded event page, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. FairwayOS takes 0% of registration revenue; standard Stripe processing costs still apply.
Built for organizations that run several outings a year
Most chambers and associations don't run one outing. There is the spring scramble, the fall classic, a new-member mixer, and often a committee or chapter event in between. FairwayOS keeps all of them in one workspace, so you can see every event on the calendar from one view.
You set up the next outing with the same workflow you used for the last one instead of rebuilding it from a spreadsheet, and the person who inherits the golf committee next year can see how each event was run.
Is the outing worth it for your organization?
Before you book a course, run your own numbers. The free calculator shows what hosting the outing would cost and what it has to return, in a one-page summary you can take to your board.

Frequently asked questions
What is golf outing software for chambers and associations?
It is software that runs a member golf outing from registration to the final leaderboard. FairwayOS covers registration and payments, pairings, live scoring, sponsor placement, and the leaderboard from one workspace, with player profiles that help members find each other after the round.
Do our members need an app or an account?
No. Members join from a link and find their name. There is no app download and no FairwayOS account, and scoring works offline when the signal drops on the course.
Can members share their LinkedIn profile?
Yes, on the Enterprise tier. When you turn LinkedIn networking on, members can add their LinkedIn profile URL to their player profile, and other players in the event can click through to it from the leaderboard or the player's profile.
Can we run more than one outing a year?
Yes. Each outing is its own event in the same workspace, so you can see all of them from one view and set up the next one with the same workflow.
How do payments work, and what does FairwayOS charge?
Registration payments go to your organization's own Stripe account. FairwayOS takes 0% of registration revenue; standard Stripe processing costs still apply. You pay FairwayOS a subscription for the plan you choose.
