Indoor leagues
Indoor and simulator golf league software for your season.
FairwayOS gives indoor golf league organizers a place to manage weekly events, score submissions, season standings, flights, and dues. Enable simulator rounds, publish the conditions your venue uses, and collect payments through your venue's connected Stripe account.
Set the indoor season before opening registration
Choose scheduled events when everyone plays on set dates, or a flexible scoring window when members play at different times. The league setup also offers match-play and hybrid season types. Define the season dates, the scoring system, the flight labels, and any dues before you share the registration link. Keep bay reservations and staff scheduling with your venue's existing process; this page describes league administration.
Enable simulator rounds explicitly so the competition accepts indoor play. Save named simulator settings for the league, then share the same course, tees, putting conditions, and other agreed settings with every group. FairwayOS displays the settings you supply. Scores still need to be entered or submitted through the league workflow; the verified product does not automatically import rounds from simulator hardware.
Weekly scoring and season standings
Create and link each week's event to the league rather than leaving the season in separate spreadsheets. The commissioner can recompute standings from the linked events with entered scores. Standings keep points and flight information together, and members can follow the public league page. Review the results before publishing awards, especially when a missing card or a correction changes who should receive points.
For a flexible league, publish the submission window and the score evidence you expect players to provide. A league with head-to-head matches needs its result rules stated as well as its schedule. Gross stroke, net stroke, Stableford, match, and points-per-finish are choices in the setup; they are not interchangeable ways of ranking the same result. Choose the system that matches your written season rules.
Handicaps and divisions without invented precision
Collect player-entered handicap information and make the handicap basis clear to members. General net scoring uses the configured allowance against the entered index, while particular league match workflows can carry their own gross and net card values. Have the commissioner confirm the applicable method for the season. Official handicap checks remain the organizer's responsibility.
Add flight or division labels when players need separate standings. For independent Tuesday and Thursday competitions, create separate leagues so each has its own season settings, roster, linked events, and dues. That is a practical way to keep two nights distinct, rather than implying that a bay allocation or a night-to-night balancing system exists. Your venue remains responsible for reserving the right playing times.
Dues go through your venue's own Stripe account
The registration settings support a one-time entry fee, and the league setup supports season dues. Connect the venue's organization to Stripe before asking members to pay. Members use their league access link to reach the dues flow, and the checkout reports a payment setup problem if the organizer has not finished connecting. Review the roster and payment state before following up on an unpaid place.
FairwayOS takes 0% of registration revenue: no platform fee and no transaction fee on registrations; standard Stripe processing applies. FairwayOS is a subscription: Starter $79/mo or $399/yr; Pro $199/mo or $1,199/yr; Enterprise $499/mo or $3,490/yr; Custom from $8,000/yr. Choose capacity on the pricing page and keep the venue's playing charges separate from the software subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Can FairwayOS run an indoor golf league?
Yes. League setup includes an option to allow simulator rounds, named simulator settings, season scoring choices, flights, and dues.
Does it pull scores from simulator hardware?
No automatic hardware score import is claimed. Players and organizers enter or submit results through the league workflow.
How are weekly standings updated?
Link the scored events to the league and use the commissioner's recompute control. Review the resulting standings and resolve missing or corrected scores.
Can I run multiple league nights?
Use a separate league for each independent night, with its own roster, settings, events, and dues. Flight labels can separate divisions within a league.
Where do dues payments go?
Payments use the venue organization's connected Stripe account. FairwayOS takes 0% of registration revenue: no platform fee and no transaction fee on registrations; standard Stripe processing applies.
Does money hit our account directly?
Yes, it’s directly connected to your Stripe. We never hold it.
Do players need an app or a login to score or see the leaderboard?
Players can use the app or a browser. Neither requires a login, and scoring works offline when cell service is spotty.
