Run your golf events from Claude or ChatGPT.

Connect FairwayOS to your AI assistant to ask about your events and set up drafts in plain language. Publishing, player messages, and payments stay in FairwayOS.

What the assistant can do

  • List your organizations and events.
  • Show an event's date, course, format, capacity, and status.
  • Check event-day readiness: course and tee card, groups, registrations, sponsors, publishing, and player emails.
  • Count registrations against capacity, paid and unpaid, teams, and waitlist.
  • List registrants by name, team, flight, and status.
  • Show tee times, shotgun holes, and groups.
  • Show live or final standings, by flight when the event uses flights.
  • List sponsors, create draft events, edit drafts, and add sponsors.

What it can't do

The assistant never publishes an event, emails or texts players, changes scores, deletes anything, edits a published event, exports player contact details, or handles payments, refunds, or billing. When you ask for one of those, it gives you a link to the right page in FairwayOS so you can review and do it there.

It only sees organizations and events your FairwayOS account can already manage, and it never returns player email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details.

How to connect

How to disconnect

In FairwayOS, go to Settings, then Profile, then Connected apps, and choose Disconnect. New access stops right away. You can also remove FairwayOS from your assistant's settings.
